Refund Policy
At GoLink Travels, we are committed to delivering dependable, comfortable, and timely travel services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our operations. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our service commitments as promised, we have a clear and customer-friendly refund policy in place to ensure a smooth resolution.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Non-fulfillment of Booking:
If the vehicle was not provided as per the confirmed booking details, including vehicle type, size, or quality standards.
- Deviation from Agreed Service Terms:
If the ride or travel service did not meet the agreed terms and conditions—such as delayed driver arrival (beyond a reasonable time), incorrect vehicle assigned, or incomplete service coverage.
- Service Cancellation by GoLink Travels:
If the trip or booking was canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances and we failed to offer a suitable replacement, alternative, or prior notice.
- Breach of GoLink Travels’ Policies:
If there is a clear violation of our service commitments or policies that negatively impacts the customer’s experience.
Refund Request & Process
To initiate a refund request:
- Customers must raise the issue within 24 hours of the incident or missed service by contacting our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- All refund claims will be carefully reviewed. If the claim is found valid based on the evidence or service logs, the refund will be approved.
- Approved refunds will be Processed within 2 business days and Credited to the original mode of payment (e.g., bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.).
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Last-Minute Cancellations by the Customer:
If the booking is canceled by the customer close to the scheduled time, as per our cancellation policy. - Delays Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme traffic, poor weather conditions, roadblocks, or natural calamities.
- Incorrect Information or No-Show:
If the customer is unavailable at the pickup point or provides an incorrect address, and cannot be contacted at the time of service.
